ACM Reporting
Dober's Application Cleaning Methodology (ACM) studies ensure the correct Chematic detergent and parameter application by studying your soil removal in carefully designed cleaning simulations that examine the parameters necessary for effective and optimal soil removal.
Cleaning simulations require that you provide a sample of the soil, as well as information with regard to the types of surfaces that you are cleaning, the method of cleaning that you employ and a description of how the soil is applied to the surface during your process (e.g. layers, heating, drying, etc.) These necessary details are conveniently outlined in our simple, fill-in-the-blank ACM submission form.
ACM Form 8 x 11 (4 pages, letter size) - or - ACM Form A4 (4 pages, A4 size).
Submit your soil samples to Dober and we do the rest!
Dober's dedicated Research and Application Chemists will assess your soil removal and will maintain a dialogue with you during the ACM process to ensure your cleaning process is appropriate to your factory.Dober has an established Chematic detergent that meets the majority of cleaning challenges; however, Dober is also committed to formulating new Chematic detergents to meet the needs of difficult soils and applications.
Upon completion of our studies, Dober provides a very detailed, scientific ACM report with our recommended Chematic detergent and cleaning process parameters. The ACM process ensures that the Chemistry is Applied Right.
